112-1 [進階] Introduction of Digital Marketing Media

課程介紹
Course description:This course is an introductory course, designed to develop students’ basic knowledge and skills in digital marketing. This course begins with a brief introduction of marketing, hoping to develop students’ basic marketing concepts. Next, this course discusses people’s online behaviors and how these behaviors influence marketing and open the opportunities of digital marketing. The 12 tenets of digital marketing will then be introduced, followed by the process of digital marketing planning.
In the second half of this course introduces a number of digital marketing channels and media including, social networks, mobile channel, SMS, emails, and digital videos. Students will learn about their characteristics, development, and application. They will also learn to use a couple of the digital media and the English language style and format which lead to successful advertising campaigns.
This course ends with a study of a digital marketing case. Students will learn what achieve a successful digital marketing campaign.
Course objectives:
As the learning outcome of this course, they should form a general understanding of marketing and digital marketing and know the features and possible application of each digital channel and media. They should also be able to further develop their learned knowledge and skills, if they are aiming for a career in the (digital) marketing field.
